Southend United: Half-Time Football

We had the pleasure of welcoming the girls’ from Copley Primary School and Parkinson Lane Cps at The Shay today. Both schools have represented the club at regional tournaments this year.

Copley represented the club in The Under 11 National League Trust Cup. Parkinson Lane represented us in the Under 11 Girls Premier League Primary Stars Regional Qualifiers Tournament.

It was great to get them down on the pitch at half time to showcase their talents on the final home game of the season. A great game with terrific goals as well as some great team work on show.

A big well done for representing the club in your respective tournaments. You did yourselves proud. Hopefully you enjoyed your afternoon of football at The Shay.
