Half-Time Schools Football Final

The Grand Central Rail Schools final was a great game, with Copley Primary School taking on Walsden. Copley took an early lead and  both schools had further chances to score but couldn't find the back of the net. Walsden did not give up though and their equaliser came with seconds left to play.

We then went onto penalties which Copley won on sudden death.

Well done to both schools for getting to the final and thanks to the teachers & parents who have supported them on their Saturdays at the Shay.
